Key Provisions of the "RI Consumer Choice Compact Waiver" (8.08)
The Poveryt Institute provides an analysis of the waiver submission including a chart documenting that much of the $67 million proposed by saved by the waiver can be achieved without the Global Waiver proposal.

The RIte Care/ RIte Share program provides comprehensive health insurance for children under age 19, parents and pregnant women in low and modest-income families.  This report by The Poverty Institute illustrates that enrollment in the RIte Care program has been declining since 2004 with precipitous declines since January 2007.

Congress Must Act Now to Avert the SCHIP Funding Shortfall (9.06)
