Family Resource Counselors Available in Your Community
Family Resource Counselors (FRC) are available to help families complete applications for RIte Care and provide information on other public benefit programs.   The date that an application is started with a Family Resource Counselor is the date that the Department of Human Services considers when determining  eligibility. Click on the language link below for a brochure in either English, Spanish or Portuguese.
